STEADY HAND! is a classic C64 word adventure by READY64.
You start at the operating room entrance and must explore a 3x3 maze using the full commands NORTH, SOUTH, EAST, and WEST. In eight different rooms, you can find the letters needed to complete the word OPERATION. One dangerous room contains the surgeon, and if he catches you, you lose a life and return to the entrance. You have 3 lives, each letter is worth 100 points, and Q lets you quit the game at any time.
